Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Piper PA at 4.8 against Interceptions's 1.0. Piper PA also leads on ratings volume (384 vs 2) and chart position (#134 vs unranked). Interceptions's advantage is price ($0.99 vs $9.99) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
