The clearest difference is rating: AccuClass at 4.6 against AR Anatomy's 3.4. AccuClass also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). AR Anatomy's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 22%). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AR Anatomy sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. AccuClass asks for nothing beyond the download.
AccuClass holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AccuClass has 262 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of AccuClass's written reviews are positive against 50% of AR Anatomy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
AccuClass ships an update every 3 weeks, AR Anatomy every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
