Pure Focus is the companion app for clients of Pure Focus health and performance coaching. It puts your whole programme in one place: your daily system, your meals, your training, your recovery data, and a direct line to your coach. This app is for existing Pure Focus coaching members. You need an active coaching account to log in. YOUR DAILY SYSTEM See your day as one clear timeline. Wake-up, training, meals, focus blocks and wind-down, each timed and in order, built around how you actually live. TRAINING THAT ADAPTS Follow the exact program your coach built for you. Video cues on every exercise, set-by-set logging, and progress that carries from week to week. NUTRITION MADE SIMPLE Your meal plan with photos, macros and a one-tap grocery list. Log meals in seconds and always know where your day stands. RECOVERY IN ONE VIEW Connect Oura, Whoop or Apple Health and see your sleep, HRV and readiness in one place. Your coach sees the same data, so the plan adjusts to your body. YOUR COACH, IN YOUR POCKET Message your coach any time and get real answers, not generic tips. Quick questions get a fast reply around the clock. TRACK WHAT MATTERS Log weight, body fat and measurements, and watch the trend over time instead of chasing the scale. Pure Focus is built for busy people who want their health handled without the guesswork. One app. One system. Real coaching.
Waterbreak

Your phone is winning. Water Break makes it work for you instead: pick the apps that eat your time, and they stay locked until you drink water, verified by your camera, entirely on your device. No willpower required. No fake check-ins. You can't tap your way past it. The only key is an actual drink. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps and categories to block (social, games, whatever eats your day). 2. When you reach for them, Water Break steps in. 3. Take a real drink on camera and your apps unlock for a break you choose (5 to 120 minutes). 4. Hit your daily goal and everything stays unlocked until tomorrow. You earned it. WHY IT STICKS ⢠Camera-verified drinks: on-device detection confirms a real sip, so the habit is real ⢠Your rules: set bottles per day, drink duration, and how long apps stay unlocked ⢠Streaks: every goal day extends your run, and you climb the leaderboard ⢠Honest history: each day is judged by the goal you had that day, so raising your goal never erases past wins ⢠Live Activity and widgets: watch your unlock countdown right on the lock screen ⢠Apple Health: finished bottles sync to Health automatically (optional) ⢠Works offline: drinks log locally and sync back PRIVATE BY DESIGN ⢠Camera frames are processed entirely on your device. No photos or video are ever recorded, stored, or uploaded. ⢠Your blocked-app list is managed locally and never leaves your phone. We can't see it. ⢠No ads. Your data is never sold, and you can delete everything any time. THE IDEA Most of us don't drink enough water, and most of us scroll too much. Water Break chains the habit you want to the habit you have: the urge to check your phone becomes a cue to hydrate. Habit stacking, enforced by Screen Time instead of willpower. REQUIREMENTS ⢠iPhone with iOS 16 or later ⢠Screen Time permission (for app blocking) ⢠Camera permission (for drink detection only) Hydration goals and reminders are suggestions, not medical advice. Drink up. Scroll less. Feel better.
