Mood Signals is a simple mood tracking app that helps you log your daily emotional states and identify patterns over time. How it works: Each day, you can complete a quick check-in to record how you are feeling. The app organizes your entries into a clear overview, showing your mood distribution across categories such as Great, Good, Okay, Low, and Bad. Understand your triggers: The app helps you connect your moods with potential triggers. You can log which factors may have influenced your emotional state, such as Sleep, Work, Weather, Family, Friends, Health, Money, and more. Custom triggers can also be added to match your personal needs. Review your patterns: The Weekly Review and Triggers Map provide visual insights into your emotional trends. You can see which triggers appear most frequently, how your mood compares to previous days, and what might be affecting your overall well-being. Focus on what matters: The app includes optional focus tags to help you stay aware of areas you want to pay attention to. These are simple reminders, not medical advice. Your data stays private: All your entries are stored locally on your device. You can optionally back up your data to Google Drive or iCloud, but we do not have access to your personal entries.
