Effortless Committee Management – For Lottery & Kitty Groups Say goodbye to paperwork and confusion! Whether you manage a lottery-based committee with bidding or a kitty-based group with lucky draws, our app provides a modern, reliable, and user-friendly solution to organize your committee seamlessly. From member tracking to automated draws and bid management, everything is now at your fingertips. What is a Committee? A committee, commonly referred to as a lottery group, chit fund, or kitty, is a community-based saving system. Members contribute a fixed amount regularly, and each cycle, one member receives the pooled amount — either through bidding (lottery) or by lucky draw (kitty). Key Features: Lottery Committees (Bidding System) Members place bids, and the lowest bidder wins the amount after deductions. The app records all bids, ensures fair play, and provides a transparent bidding environment. Kitty Committees (Lucky Draw System) Names are drawn randomly from the group each cycle, and the winner receives the total collection. The draw is fair, automated, and digitally recorded for all members to see. Create & Manage Multiple Committees Easily create new committees, invite members, set rules, and manage schedules. All data is updated in real-time and visible to admins and members. Digital Payment Tracking Stay on top of member contributions. Track who paid, how much, and when — all in one place. Say goodbye to manual logs. Notifications & Alerts Get timely reminders for payments, draws, bid submissions, and upcoming meetings. Members never miss a cycle again. Detailed Reports & History Access transaction records, bid/winner history, and member logs instantly. Stay transparent and organized. Secure & Private Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We ensure member privacy and safe usage across all features. Who Can Use This App? Friends or families managing monthly savings committees Office groups organizing informal funding circles Community or society members running local lottery/kitty funds Anyone looking to digitize and simplify their committee work.
