About

Slate

Your time is being taken. Slate takes it back. Slate is a calendar that blocks your distracting apps. Put focus on your calendar, and when the event starts, the apps you chose lock. Plan it once. Slate enforces it every time. HOW IT WORKS - Make a block: a name, a time, the apps it locks - When it starts, your distracting apps are shielded until it ends - Repeat it every weekday and one decision covers your whole semester - A countdown lives on your Lock Screen while a focus session runs TWO KINDS OF SERIOUS Soft blocks give you a few emergency passes a day, for the days life happens. Hard blocks have no way out at all. You choose how much you mean it. START RIGHT NOW Sometimes you don't need a plan, you need the next hour back. Focus Now starts a session in two taps. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Slate never knows which apps you block, and never sees how you use your phone. Your choices stay on your device. Slate requires an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled in Settings.
