STRNGTH is the training app for athletes working with a strength coach. Your coach writes your program in their dashboard. STRNGTH is where you run it: today's session laid out set by set, and a way to log what you actually lifted without breaking your rhythm. INVITE ONLY There is no sign-up in STRNGTH. Your account exists because your coach created it and sent you an invitation. If you are not already working with a coach on the platform, there is nothing here for you yet. ON THE GYM FLOOR - Today's session, exercise by exercise, with the sets, reps and RPE your coach prescribed - Log load, reps and RPE without leaving the screen - A rest timer that keeps running when you switch tabs or lock your phone, counting down on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island - A plate calculator that tells you what to load on the bar - Swap in a substitute when the machine you need is taken - Start your own timer when you want one the program did not ask for WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Gyms have bad reception, so STRNGTH does not depend on it. Your whole training block is cached on the device before you get there, everything you log is written locally first, and it syncs by itself the moment you have a connection again. You will not lose a set to a dead zone, and there is nothing to remember to press. CHECK-INS YOUR COACH READS After a session you rate sleep, hydration, calories, soreness, mental fatigue and drive. Your coach sees those next to your numbers, which is how next week gets written from how this week actually went rather than how it was meant to go. YOUR NUMBERS - Personal records and estimated 1RM for the lifts you care about - Trends across your recent check-ins - A calendar of what you have done and what is coming - Full history, session by session - An exercise library with instructions when you are unsure of a movement MEET DAY Log all nine attempts as they happen, mark each one good or missed, and watch your total and DOTS move. Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over.
