Quit wasting your mornings. Looking to quit morning phone addiction? Real Morning keeps the apps that eat your mornings locked overnight and opens them only once your morning has really started. We built it for people who lose the first hour of the day to their phone. HOW IT WORKS • Your apps lock for the morning. Pick the apps that take your mornings, the time they lock and the time they open: 4:00 AM and 11:00 AM unless you change them. Only the apps you pick lock. Every day of the week can have its own lock time, or no lock at all. • Check in while they're locked. How do you feel? How's your energy? Pick what you'd rather do instead, as many as you like: coffee, sunlight, a workout, planning the day. Add a plan or a journal note if you want. Checking in opens nothing, and you can edit it until your apps open. • Put the phone down. Your apps stay locked until your unlock time. Open one anyway and it reminds you what you said you'd rather do. • Stay consistent. At your unlock time, everything opens and the morning counts, even if you never checked in. Your streak goes up, and your lifetime total of real mornings never goes down. OUT WHEN YOU TRULY NEED IT Emergency unlock is always one tap from Home. Answer three quick questions, confirm, and every app opens right away. Your streak goes to 0; your lifetime mornings stay. If you only need a few minutes, choose to have your apps lock again until your unlock time. ALSO IN REAL MORNING • A widget for your Home Screen and Lock Screen: what you said you'd rather do, with your streak and lifetime mornings. • A log of every morning, with a month calendar: your mood, energy, what you'd rather do, your note, and how the morning ended. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads and no account. Real Morning uses Apple's Screen Time permission, which gives the app an anonymous token for the apps you pick, never their names or how long you use them. Your history and notes stay on your iPhone. SUBSCRIPTION Real Morning is a subscription: 7 days free, then yearly or monthly. Every feature is in the trial. The price is shown in the app, in your currency, before you start. After the free trial, payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Terms of Use: https://real-morning.vercel.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://real-morning.vercel.app/privacy
