CalCs (short for "Calendar Complications") is a watchOS-only app that provides a variety of calendar-related complications for Apple Watch. --Important Notes-- The main app is designed to list events and reminders and display a monthly calendar. Other features are available through complications and the Smart Stack. ●Re-downloading CalCs If you download CalCs from the iPhone App Store, synchronization issues may prevent it from appearing on your Apple Watch. According to Apple's specifications, watchOS-only apps cannot be re-downloaded from the App Store on an iPhone. To re-download CalCs, use the App Store on your Apple Watch: ・Scroll to the bottom → "Account" → "Purchased" → "CalCs" → re-download --Key Features-- ●A variety of complications ・Date: Displays the current date in various formats. ・Events and reminders: Displays events and reminders synced with your iPhone. You can choose whether to include all-day events. ・Monthly calendar: Displays a monthly calendar in various formats. You can choose to start the week on Monday. Holidays are supported in some regions. *Holiday data is provided by external APIs and may be incomplete. *Only Apple Watch models that support the Modular Duo face (Series 7 or later, excluding SE models) can display a monthly calendar across two large rectangular slots. Other models display it in one slot with a smaller font. ●Events, reminders, and monthly calendar in the main app Tap a complication to open CalCs and view a list of events and reminders synced with your iPhone, as well as a monthly calendar. *Only incomplete reminders are displayed. *CalCs cannot currently add, edit, or delete events or reminders, or mark reminders as complete. ●Simple settings To keep settings easy to use on the small Apple Watch screen, the only available settings are for choosing which calendars and reminder lists to display. --Notes-- ・CalCs complications use features introduced in watchOS 26. The following models are not supported: - Apple Watch Series 5 and earlier - Apple Watch SE (1st generation) (Other models that have not been updated to watchOS 26 or later are also unsupported.) ・Due to watchOS limitations on complication updates, changes may not appear immediately when the date changes or when events or reminders are added or edited on your iPhone. ・After adding a complication for the first time, it may take some time to appear. ・If a complication does not update, tap it to open CalCs. This may refresh the data. ・If complications still do not update after opening CalCs, try the following: 1. Restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch. 2. Force-quit CalCs: ① With CalCs open, press and hold the side button. ② When the emergency call and power-off screen appears, press and hold the Digital Crown. 3. Reinstall CalCs: ① Press the Digital Crown to show the app list. ② Touch and hold CalCs, then tap the × button to delete it. ③ Open the App Store on your Apple Watch. ④ Scroll to the bottom → "Account" → "Purchased" → "CalCs" → re-download. ・If events are missing from the main app's list or complications, CalCs may not have full calendar access. To reset the permission: ① On your iPhone, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars. ② Set CalCs' access to "None", then select "Add Events Only". ③ Open CalCs. When prompted, tap "Allow Full Access".
