Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Portal at 4.5 against 鲸鱼云电脑's 3.6. Portal also leads on ads (none vs shown). 鲸鱼云电脑's advantage is review sentiment (84% vs 63%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.0). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. 鲸鱼云电脑 sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and Portal sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Portal holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 35 and 66 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of 鲸鱼云电脑's written reviews are positive against 63% of Portal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
