Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SANSUI at 2.5 against YimturmCam's 1.8. SANSUI also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). YimturmCam's advantage is ratings volume (21 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.2 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
SANSUI holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YimturmCam has 21 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 8% of SANSUI's written reviews are positive against 12% of YimturmCam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
SANSUI ships an update every 4 days, YimturmCam fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
