Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: PerfectPick at 34 against Draftvyn's 1. Draftvyn's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PerfectPick sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per year and Draftvyn sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Draftvyn holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PerfectPick has 34 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
