Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Odd Pixel at free with in-app purchases against Cuty's subscription. Odd Pixel also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 9 days) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Cuty's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (5.2K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cuty sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Odd Pixel sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Odd Pixel holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cuty has 5.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Cuty ships an update every 9 days, Odd Pixel daily. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
