Cylr – Echo Bike Training Companion Cylr is a focused training companion built to turn your iPhone into a dedicated performance display for Echo Bike workouts. It delivers clean, real-time data, structured workout tools, and detailed post-workout analysis without unnecessary setup, accounts, or subscriptions. Designed for athletes who train with intent, Cylr helps you see exactly how you’re performing while you ride and understand your workouts after you’re done. REAL-TIME TRAINING DISPLAY Once connected to your Echo Bike over Bluetooth, Cylr displays live workout metrics directly on your iPhone, including calories, distance, pace, watts, and RPM. Metrics update continuously so you can adjust effort, pacing, and intensity in real time. For heart rate tracking, Cylr pairs with Apple Watch or compatible Bluetooth heart rate straps. Heart rate data is shown live during workouts and stored alongside bike metrics for complete session visibility. KEY FEATURES • Live Bluetooth connection to Echo Bike • Real-time display of calories, distance, watts, RPM, and pace • Live heart rate graph with customizable zones • Live power (watts) graph during workouts • Individual statistics for every work and rest interval • Detailed workout history with full metric breakdowns • Automatic workout saving to Apple Health • Portrait and landscape workout views • Zone 2 training mode for steady-state aerobic sessions WORKOUTS & INTERVAL TRAINING Cylr supports both structured and flexible training. Create fully customized interval workouts or choose from preloaded sessions designed for conditioning, endurance, and performance. Custom interval workouts allow you to configure: • Number of rounds • Work duration • Rest duration • Audio cues for interval transitions Each interval is tracked independently, allowing you to review power output, heart rate response, and pacing with precision. This makes it easy to evaluate effort consistency and adjust future workouts based on real data. ZONE-BASED TRAINING & FEEDBACK Cylr supports customizable heart rate zones with color-coded feedback during workouts. Whether you’re targeting aerobic base training or higher-intensity efforts, zone feedback helps keep training aligned with your goals. A dedicated Zone 2 mode is included for athletes focused on steady-state aerobic development and endurance consistency. WORKOUT REVIEW & HISTORY After every workout, Cylr saves a detailed summary so you can review performance over time. See how your power output, heart rate response, and pacing change across intervals and sessions. Workout history makes it easy to: • Compare sessions • Identify trends • Track improvements in power and consistency • Review individual interval performance All workout data remains accessible for long-term progress tracking. BUILT SPECIFICALLY FOR ECHO BIKE Cylr is a companion app built exclusively for Echo Bike workouts. It does not support other exercise bikes or trainers. This focused approach allows Cylr to deliver accurate metrics, stable Bluetooth connectivity, and features designed specifically around Echo Bike performance. APPLE HEALTH & PRIVACY All workouts sync automatically to Apple Health, including calories, distance, heart rate, workout duration, and active energy. Cylr does not require an account and does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to display and store workout data. Your data stays on your device and within Apple Health.
