Conform vs DevotionTime

"For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son." — Romans 8:29 Conform exists to help you do just that. One app for Bible reading, prayer, Scripture memorization, devotionals, worship, journaling, and blocking distractions — so you can grow in Christlikeness through daily habits rooted in God's Word. DAILY HABITS Your home screen is built around the habits you choose. Daily Verse gives you a Scripture starting point with built-in study. Morning and Evening Devotionals pair Spurgeon's classic reflections with modern English and audio. Daily Vocabulary builds biblical literacy one word at a time. Daily Song starts your day with worship. God Is... helps you meditate on God's character. My Mission reminds you of your identity in Christ. You pick which habits appear. Conform adapts to your rhythm, not the other way around. SCRIPTURE MEMORIZATION Hide God's Word in your heart with a real system — not just good intentions. Add verses from anywhere in the app, then review them daily with four different modes: · First Letter — type the first letter of each word · Every Letter — type the full word for deeper recall · Select Word — choose the right word from multiple options · Speak — say the verse aloud with real-time speech recognition Spaced repetition keeps verses in long-term memory. PRAYER A structured prayer system built around cards, items/topics, and reminders. Add people, requests, and categories. Track answered prayers. Pray with friends and groups through shared prayer requests. Prayer isn't an afterthought — it's a core habit with its own session flow. BIBLE READING & STUDY Read Scripture in multiple translations. Follow a guided Bible Plan — traditional, chronological, or fully custom. Listen to audio. Search, compare, highlight, and take notes. The AI Bible Study Companion helps you go deeper with Scripture-grounded answers. APP BLOCKING Block distracting apps, websites, and entire categories right from Conform. Prioritise mode blocks distractions until you complete your habits — Bible Plan, Prayer Session, or whatever you choose. Need a quick break? Earn temporary access through prayer, a memory verse, or Scripture reflection. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE · Personalized home screen — choose which habits appear · Streaks and stats — see consistency without vanity metrics · Reminders — tied to your routine, not random · Book Tracker — track Christian reading beyond the Bible · Gratitude Journal — notice what God is doing · Social Prayer — share requests with friends and groups Conform isn't another habit tracker with a cross on it. Every feature is grounded in Scripture and designed for spiritual formation — not self-optimization. Built by a believer, for believers.

You open your phone in the morning meaning to read the Bible. Twenty minutes later, you're still on Instagram. That's not a lack of faith. It's your phone. DevotionTime exists to solve exactly that: it blocks distractions until you finish your time with God, turning your devotional from "if I have time" into a real habit, backed by a reminder that works and a consequence that actually helps. HOW IT WORKS Prayer Alarm Set the time for your devotional. Right when it matters, DevotionTime calls you, before the rest of your phone gets the chance to. Block Apps During Your Devotional Choose which apps to block (social media, games, whatever distracts you most). Until your devotional is done, they're out of reach. You decide how long the block stays active. A Complete Devotional, Every Day Each session has four parts: a guided prayer, the verse of the day, a reflection, and space for your own personal prayer, written in your own words. Streaks and Spiritual Milestones Track how many days in a row you've kept your time with God. Unlock milestones like Seed (7 days), Sprout (21 days), 40 Days, Living Flame (100 days), and A Year of Grace (365 days), and share your progress with anyone you choose. Visual History See your progress on a weekly heatmap, with stats on words written and time spent in prayer. WHO IT'S FOR For anyone who's tried to keep a consistent devotional and knows the problem was never a lack of willingness. It was the phone winning before intention became habit. PRIVACY FIRST DevotionTime requires no account, no name, email, or phone number. Your personal prayers, alarms, and history stay stored only on your device.
