If you've got an EMS exam coming up, this app is built to get you through it. Eight certifications are covered, and you can switch between them whenever you want: NREMT EMR NREMT EMT NREMT AEMT NREMT Paramedic IBSC FP-C IBSC CCP-C IBSC TP-C Firefighter I & II (NFPA 1001) There are 6000+ questions in the bank. All of them come with a full explanation, and they cover the same areas your exam does: airway and ventilation, cardiology and resuscitation, trauma, medical and OB, pediatrics, and operations. Some of the cardiology questions put a real rhythm strip on screen and ask you to read it. Everything runs offline. No account, nothing to sign into, and your answers stay on your phone. What you get Most apps tell you the right answer. This one also tells you why each wrong answer was wrong, which is usually where the learning actually happens. The exam simulator works the way the real computer-adaptive test does. It gets harder or easier depending on how you're doing, and it stops once it has a clear read on you instead of running to a fixed number. Your readiness shows up as a range rather than one number, because a single number would be pretending to know more than it does. You'll also see it broken down by content area, so you know where the gap is. There's a lot more in there: Full-length timed tests, with a navigator and flags so you can come back to anything 21 scenario cases you work from dispatch through to the transport decision, with vitals that change as you go Questions you get wrong come back later, spaced out, until they stick A med math trainer with nine types of calculation and the working shown step by step Build your own drills by topic, difficulty, length or timer Weak-area practice based on what you've actually been missing Save anything you want to look at again the night before 27 field note cards for quick reference, all offline Mastery by content area, streaks, and a 30-day activity chart Free and Pro You can use the app for free. The free version includes EMT questions with a daily practice limit, the question of the day, quick drills, review of everything you've missed, a sample of the adaptive simulator, and a selection of field notes and med math types. It's enough to see whether the app suits how you study. Pro removes the daily limit and opens up the rest: all eight certifications, the full adaptive simulator, timed tests, every scenario case, the recall queue, custom drills, weak-area practice and the complete reference library. Discalmer: Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends, and renewal is charged within 24 hours of that. You can cancel or manage your subscription any time in Settings, under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-off payment and never renews. Prices vary by country. Where a free or introductory trial is offered, the length and price are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. A trial converts to a paid subscription at the standard price when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. If you buy a subscription while a trial is still running, any unused part of that trial is forfeited. This is a study aid and nothing more. It isn't affiliated with the NREMT, the IBSC or any other certifying body, and none of them have endorsed it. The content is written for exam practice only. It is not medical advice and should never be used to make decisions about a patient. Follow your service's protocols and your medical direction.
