NextLift connects your training, meals, recovery and progress so you can spend less time managing fitness apps and more time making progress. LOG WORKOUTS WITHOUT THE FRICTION Build your own session, repeat a previous workout, schedule training for later, or use SmartCoach to create a plan around your goals and preferences. Log sets, reps, weight, rest time and exercise difficulty while keeping the active workout easy to follow. LEAVE WITH A CLEAR NEXT STEP NextLift turns completed sets and your own effort ratings into a concise workout summary. See what felt controlled, what needs another look, and where a small progression may make sense next time. The guidance supports your decisions—it does not replace your judgment or professional advice. LOG MEALS AND MACROS YOUR WAY Track calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fibre, water, snacks and drinks. Search foods, scan barcodes, dictate a meal, save regular choices, review meal totals, and switch between grams and calorie percentages. UNDERSTAND RECOVERY IN CONTEXT Combine optional Apple Health information with your own check-ins to see sleep, activity, recovery and readiness together. Mark recovery days, review practical rest-day guidance and keep recommendations connected to your recent training. SEE PROGRESS BEYOND ONE NUMBER Follow workout consistency, exercise history, body-weight trends, personal records and progress photos. Choose when your training week begins so weekly totals reflect your schedule. BRING YOUR HISTORY WITH YOU Import compatible CSV files from other apps or your own training and nutrition spreadsheets. Review everything before saving, avoid duplicate entries, preserve eligible consistency streaks, and turn recent workout history into an editable current routine so you can continue without rebuilding your program. SHARE ONLY WHAT YOU CHOOSE Create polished workout or meal cards, add a transparent NextLift overlay to your own photo, and decide where it goes using the iPhone share sheet. Private coaching and health context are not automatically added to social posts. YOUR DATA REMAINS YOURS Your fitness records are stored locally in the current version of NextLift. You can create a complete backup export. If a subscription ends, your existing history remains available for read-only review and export. SUBSCRIPTION NextLift is a free download with monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscription options. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
