Ibex Shuttle Driver is the official companion app for Ibex Shuttle drivers. Built for professional chauffeurs and shuttle operators, it puts everything you need to manage your working day in one place — from accepting jobs to navigating routes and staying compliant with your documents. JOBS & DISPATCH Accept or decline available jobs in real time. View full trip details including passenger information, pickup address, drop-off location and scheduled time — all before you confirm. NAVIGATION & LIVE TRACKING Get turn-by-turn directions powered by Google Maps for every job. Your live GPS position is shared with the dispatch team throughout the trip, so operations can monitor fleet movement, calculate accurate passenger ETAs and confirm safe trip completion. DOCUMENTS & COMPLIANCE Keep all your driver documents in one secure place. Upload your driving licence, insurance certificate, MOT, DBS certificate, taxi badge and vehicle licence. The app keeps them organised so you are always ready for inspections and renewals. INVOICES & TRIP HISTORY View a complete record of your completed trips and access invoices directly within the app. Stay on top of your earnings and keep your records organised. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Never miss a new job. Instant push notifications alert you to new offers, trip updates and important messages from your dispatch team. PROFILE MANAGEMENT Update your personal details, profile photo and contact information at any time to keep your record accurate with the operations team. Ibex Shuttle Driver is designed to run reliably in the background. GPS tracking continues even when your screen is locked or you switch to another app, so every trip is monitored from start to finish without interruption. Download the app, sign in with your driver credentials and get on the road.
