A calorie wallet, not a diary. Jot what you ate—"3 cookies"—and your widget balance drops. No database, no photos, no scoring. The calorie log you'll actually keep. Eat. Jot it. Watch your balance drop. That's it. TabeMemo is a "calorie wallet" app. No fiddly setup, no searching a food database, no photos. Just type what you ate in plain words—"3 cookies," "a bowl of ramen"—and AI estimates the calories. The remaining budget on your Home Screen widget (how many kcal you have left today) drops right away. ■ Made for people who - Never stuck with calorie apps - Find logging too much of a hassle - Want to see mindless snacking add up - Just want something quick and easy ■ Three steps 1. Type what you ate (voice works too) 2. AI estimates the calories 3. Tap to confirm. Your balance drops. ■ What it does - Jot-and-go AI estimates: product names, slang, vague amounts—all fine - Balance widget: see "kcal left today" on your Home Screen at a glance. Medium and large sizes also show totals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks - Reminders only when you forget: at set times for breakfast, lunch and dinner (9 AM, 1 PM and 8 PM by default), you get a "Did you log it?" nudge only if that meal isn't logged yet. Change the times or turn them off - Works without AI: rather not use AI? Log by entering the item name and kcal yourself, and switch to AI estimates whenever you like - Hands-free with Siri: log without even opening the app - Snacks included: meals and nibbles, all in one free-form log - Auto goal: get a daily target from your weight, height, age and activity (or set your own) - Trend chart: look back over the last 7, 14, or 30 days - Export & backup: export your log as JSON anytime, plus automatic daily iCloud backups. Switch phones or delete something by accident, and you can restore from a past backup in seconds (undo is one tap if you change your mind) - No hiding overeating: go over and it shows "-320 kcal" ■ What it doesn't do No photo analysis, no fussy nutrient breakdowns, no scoring, no nagging. Reminders only show up when a meal hasn't been logged. Just one thing: how many kcal you have left today. That's why it sticks. ■ Privacy No account needed. What you type is used only to estimate calories and isn't stored in a way tied to you. In manual mode, nothing you type is sent for AI estimation. Reminders run entirely on your device. Your records stay on your device (and your iCloud). Exporting and restoring backups happen entirely through your own actions — no server, no third party involved. Free to use. Start today—just jot it.
