Wall ball is the part of lacrosse nobody sees. This app makes it count. Stand your phone against the wall, tip it back, and start throwing. The front camera watches your shoulders and hands and keeps the count while you work. No video leaves the phone. Only the numbers do. WHAT YOU GET A throw tracker built to be trustworthy. It looks for your arm motion and the ball's flight together before it credits a throw. In hard conditions like bad light or a busy background the count can land a little off, so trust your own count if a number ever looks wrong. Left and right, tracked separately. Your off hand gets its own count, so you can see where the work is really going. Streaks, XP and levels. Train today and the chain grows. Miss a day and a limited number of freezes stand between you and a reset. XP comes from throws the camera counted, and every 1,000 XP is a new level. The Grind. A path of 54 lessons from Foundation through Crossover and beyond, each one run through the same camera. Warm ups, off hand work, clean sets with no drops allowed, and a capstone to close each unit. Progress that means something. A week strip, a calendar of every day you showed up, and a medals grid for century days, off hand days, perfect weeks and your longest streak. HOW TO SET UP Phone against the wall you are throwing at, on the ground, tipped back so the selfie camera looks up at you, about 6 to 12 feet away. Head, shoulders and both hands in the frame. Shade helps the phone and the picture both. WHO IT IS FOR Lacrosse players 13 and up, from middle school through college. A parent can set it up with their athlete. It works with a brick wall, a rebounder, or any solid surface that sends the ball back. MEMBERSHIP $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year. New members get the first 2 weeks free on either plan.
