A hard freeze can burst a pipe, crack a well pump, and cause thousands of dollars in damage overnight — usually while you're asleep. Freeze Warning watches the weather for the locations you care about and warns you before the temperature drops low enough to do damage, so you have time to act. HOW IT WORKS • Add a location by ZIP code and set the temperature threshold you care about. • Freeze Warning checks current conditions and the upcoming forecast around the clock. • When the temperature is forecast to fall to or below your threshold, you get a push notification in time to protect your property. • Tap "I'm protected" to confirm you've taken action (dripping faucets or running heat) and snooze repeat alerts. WHY PEOPLE USE IT • Protect pipes, well pumps, outdoor spigots, and irrigation from freeze damage. • Keep an eye on a second home, rental, cabin, barn, or a family member's house. • Stop guessing at the forecast — get a clear, timely heads-up instead. FEATURES • Real-time temperature monitoring by ZIP code • Forecast-based early warnings (not just "it's cold now") • Custom freeze threshold per location • "I'm protected" confirmations with smart snoozing • Reliable push notifications • Clean, simple, no-clutter design with light and dark themes FREE & PAID PLANS • Free: monitor 1 location, supported by ads. • Basic & Premium (subscriptions): monitor more locations, remove ads, and unlock the in-app forecast. Freeze Warning's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
