MicroLink is a new way to get around Raleigh. We’re a ridesharing service that’s smart, easy, and reliable. When you’re ready to travel, book a ride in the MicroLink app and our technology will pair you with other people headed your way. HOW IT WORKS. - Book a ride by setting your pickup and drop-off addresses, and indicating the number of riders in your party. - Upon booking your trip, you will be given an estimated vehicle arrival time. . The estimated arrival time of the driver will automatically update as your vehicle makes its way to meet you. - When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle. - There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way! You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the MicroLink app. - By riding this new form of public transit, you’ll be helping to reduce traffic congestion and save money on transportation. SHARING YOUR TRIP. Our algorithm matches people who are heading the same direction at the same time. This means you’re getting the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and affordability of GoRaleigh. AFFORDABLE. Rides are priced comparably to other transit services in Raleigh.
