Most mood trackers give you five faces to choose from. Emotly gives you a full scale — rate how you feel from −100 to 100 and capture the real range of your emotions, not a rough approximation of them. Each entry takes seconds. No long journaling, no complicated setup — open the app, rate your day, add context if you want, done. Over time, those small entries turn into something genuinely useful: a clear picture of what actually moves your mood. TRACK WITH PRECISION Rate your emotions on a −100 to 100 scale. The difference between a decent day and a great one finally shows up in your data. SEE THE PATTERNS Line graphs, pie charts, and a Year in Pixels view turn your entries into insights. Spot trends, identify triggers, and find out which activities and habits consistently lift you up — or drag you down. ADD CONTEXT Attach activities, notes, locations, and photos to any entry. Your timeline becomes a rich, scrollable record of your life, with powerful search and filtering when you want to dig into your history. BUILD A GRATITUDE HABIT Start each day by noting what was good about the one before. A small practice with an outsized effect on how you see your days. SHARE OR ARCHIVE YOUR DATA Export everything as a CSV — useful for your own analysis or for sharing with a therapist or coach. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your entries are yours alone. Rescript is a private place to write letters to whoever you can’t reach — the person you’re trying to stop loving, someone you lost, the version of you who had a title, or the thought that won’t leave you alone at 2am. No one else will ever read them. WRITE THE LETTER Choose who it’s to, then start from the moment you’re in: the 2am thought, Day 1 of no contact, their Spotify, “Should I text?”, the message you’ll never send. Add a photo if you need to. Rescript leaves one gentle question in the margin — a P.S. that changes as you write — and then it stays quiet. It isn’t a chatbot. It won’t talk back. THEN DECIDE WHAT HAPPENS TO IT Every letter ends with a choice. • Keep it on your desk to come back to. • Release it, and watch it drift away. • Burn it, and watch it turn to ash. Released and burned letters are permanently deleted. Not archived. Not searchable. Gone. COUNT THE DAYS YOU DIDN’T TEXT Set your no-contact date and your desk keeps count — Day 1, Day 7, Day 47 — beside every letter you wrote instead of sending one. WHEN A LETTER ISN’T ENOUGH • Heal through writing — a structured, guided program, one session at a time. Your draft is saved if you need to stop. • Be mindful — an open-ended daily page for the harder days. • Guides — articles, videos and books for the parts nobody prepares you for. • Export your letters as a PDF, sent to your email. FOR THE THINGS YOU CARRY ALONE The breakup you can’t stop thinking about. Grief that doesn’t keep a schedule. No contact, Day 1 or Day 147. The 2am thought. The thing you can’t say to anyone in your life. Rescript isn’t therapy and doesn’t replace care from a professional. If you’re in crisis, the Help tab lists crisis resources. Some features, including Burn it, the guided program and daily reflections, need a Rescript subscription.
