Make room for better posture habits and more movement in your day. SpineSeek combines posture reminders, activity history, and four motion-controlled games on iPhone and iPad. Use your device's camera or compatible AirPods to get started. POSTURE AWARENESS WHILE YOU WORK OR STUDY Track your head posture in real time and receive reminders when you keep looking down for too long. Choose camera-based tracking or calibrate compatible AirPods to use their motion sensors. Start and stop monitoring to fit your routine. FOCUS MUSIC Play gentle music during active posture monitoring. Turn it on or off at any time; SpineSeek remembers your preference for future sessions. SEE YOUR POSTURE HABITS Review individual sessions and daily, weekly, and monthly summaries. View monitoring duration and the time spent in different posture states, and delete session records you no longer need. FOUR WAYS TO TAKE A MOVEMENT BREAK - HeadPilot Starship: Steer a starship with head movements, navigate obstacles, and collect supplies. - Merge 12 Animals: Move and merge zodiac tiles with head movements in a 2048-style puzzle. - Happy Marathon: Explore a virtual Shenzhen running course. In camera mode, use arm swings or knee lifts to set your pace, with body movements for lane changes, jumps, and crouches. In AirPods mode, use head movements to change lanes, jump, and crouch while the runner moves at a steady pace. - Motion Skiing: Navigate a snowy course with turns, jumps, and crouches. Use upper-body turns in camera mode, or tilt your head to steer with AirPods; looking up triggers a jump and looking down triggers a crouch. CONTROLS THAT FIT YOUR SETUP All four games offer camera and AirPods controls, with calibration guidance and in-game settings. Optional camera assistance helps reduce AirPods direction drift during games. Camera previews let you check your position. Updated portrait and landscape layouts support play on iPhone and iPad. ON-DEVICE PROCESSING Camera images and AirPods motion signals are processed on your device. Camera video is processed in memory and is not recorded or uploaded. Posture history is stored locally. CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE Follow your system language or choose in Settings. Supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, and Hindi. AirPods features require compatible AirPods with head-tracking motion support and Motion & Fitness permission. Camera features require camera permission. SpineSeek is for general wellness and movement awareness. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Seek a doctor's advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.
