Welcome to The Dungeon. This isn’t your typical fitness studio. This is a performance-driven training experience built around strength, cardio, and recovery. At The Dungeon, we combine Lagree, VersaClimber, and infrared sauna to deliver a complete, efficient workout system. Whether you’re here to build strength, improve endurance, or recover smarter, everything is designed with intention. Our Lagree method is mirrorless by design, slow, controlled, high-intensity movement that builds lean muscle, strengthens your core, and forces real mind-body connection. VersaClimber classes bring the cardio, pushing your endurance and conditioning to the next level. And with infrared sauna, recovery becomes part of your routine, not an afterthought. No distractions. Just you and the work. With small class sizes and hands-on coaching, every session is focused, challenging, and effective. Whether you’re new or experienced, our instructors guide you through every movement with precision. Every workout is designed to be low-impact but highly effective, making it sustainable while still delivering real, visible results. Expect to shake, sweat, and push past your limits in a way that feels both challenging and rewarding. Inside the app, you can: • Book and manage classes across all formats • Track your progress and stay consistent • Secure your spot before classes fill Studios located in Orange County, including Orange and Irvine.
