WHAT'S INSIDE Guided Mindset Audio Sessions: Check in, then get a session built for this exact moment These mindset sessions are tailor-made and assembled from your journal entries, player directory, recent matches, and chat conversations. Start with the Mood Wheel, a fast visual read on how you're actually feeling, and Tennis IQ builds a 4-6 minute personalized audio session around it. Facing a specific opponent? Generate a session for exactly that. Choose your own background music and atmospheric sound effects, and get locked in, your way. Personalized Chat: Ask a coach that speaks tennis Strategy, nerves, a rematch, last night's loss — get a clear, tennis-specific answer in seconds. Your coach handles the admin too: log matches and scores, add players, write journal entries, and start sessions straight from the chat. Player Directory: Know every opponent you face, inside and out Record strengths, weaknesses, patterns, and tendencies in your Player Directory. Walk into a rematch knowing exactly what happened last time and exactly what you're doing differently. Video Guides: Own the hour before and the hour after Run a focused pre-match routine so you step on court ready. Reset afterward with a structured reflection that turns any result into something you can use next time. Smart Journaling: Write reflections in under a minute, by voice, text, or linked through your AI coach Capture what you learned while it's still fresh and tag the players involved. Look back anytime and watch the pattern change. Journal entries can be linked to matches and tagged with specific players — Tennis IQ links it all together seamlessly. Mood Wheel Check-Ins: Understand the whole picture See an overview of your matches, sessions, mood logs, and mindset growth over time, so you know what to work on next instead of guessing. WHY NOT JUST USE A CHATBOT? Ask a general AI about your third-set collapse and it starts from zero every time. Ask Tennis IQ and our advanced AI already knows the opponent, the score, the surface, your recent journals and moods, and the exact thought that got in your way. WHO IT'S FOR Juniors, high school and college players, adult league and club competitors, and serious recreational players. Parents use it to give their kid real mental training without another thing to drive to. It sits alongside the work you're already doing with your coach or sports psychologist rather than replacing it. START FREE Nothing is locked. Every feature is open on the free plan, metered by generous limits that reset regularly — journal entries, players in your directory, mindset sessions, and AI coaching messages. Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Tennis IQ at 4.6 against TennisTension Pro's 2.0. Tennis IQ also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (38 vs 2). TennisTension Pro's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
