About

Transmutatio

Transmutatio is an alchemy roguelike: lay runes into combinations, let the elements react and work your way circle by circle to the philosopher's stone. RUNES INTO COMBINATIONS Pair, straight, flush, full house – every rune has a grade and an element. Fire, water, earth and air react with each other: fire and water turn to steam, earth and fire to magma. Every transmutation brings forth a substance of its own – 48 of them wait for your collection. 20 CIRCLES OF GUARDIANS Each circle has three chambers, and the third is held by a guardian whose curse changes a rule. After Nigredo the Great Work begins: Albedo, Citrinitas and Rubedo lead to the Keeper of the Stone in circle 20. After that, the experiment goes on endlessly. YOUR CABINET, YOUR STRATEGY 28 catalysts bend the rules, tinctures and master's letters strengthen your recipes. Forks lead to treasuries, libraries, elite chambers and mysterious rooms full of choices. SPRINT THROUGH 30 WORLDS Between the chambers your alchemist escapes through crystal mines, volcano maws, ice vaults and 27 more worlds – through rings of fire, under poison clouds and bats. FROM NOVICE TO GRANDMASTER Earn experience and rise in rank. The daily challenge is the same for everyone, duels on the same seed are fair. The online leaderboard is optional. FAIR • Circles 1–2 free, then one purchase unlocks the whole game • No ads, no subscriptions, no energy • Plays offline, in 14 languages, on iPhone and iPad
