Just enter your total time and your preferred segment size, and the app does the rest. You can choose from three flexible modes to match your needs: - Exact – Keeps the total time exactly as you entered it. Segments are filled with your chosen length, and the last one may be shorter. - Down – Rounds the total down so it’s a perfect multiple of your segment length. Some leftover time may be trimmed away. - Up – Rounds the total up to fit complete segments. The plan may go a little longer than your original time.
