Modal Soul is an experiment in understanding how days are spent and in making intent more explicit. Personally, I've been using it to explore the disconnect between where I feel my time is going, and where it actually goes. What it does: - Make your intention explicit at any time of day and allow you to see it even when your phone is locked. For example 'Work', or 'Relax', or 'Sleep'. - See a retrospective visual depiction of how you spent your day. What it does not do: - Nag you. There are no notifications or reminders. - Tell you what to do. It's up to you to decide your priorities. - Tell future you what to do. There's no scheduling. - Hold you accountable. It's up to you to ask yourself whether your actions are in line with your intention. - Anything at the granularity of a task.
