GIBC Jupiter vs LockIn Study Coach

We're a vibrant community of believers driven by a passion for the glory of God and the equipping of the saints, for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.

LockIn Study Coach turns your department's policies, SOGs, and study guides into a complete exam-prep system — built for firefighters working toward a captain or officer promotion. Upload a PDF or scan pages with your camera, and LockIn keeps every flashcard and question linked back to the exact page it came from. Before you make a new card, LockIn shows you what's already been made from that page, so you're never duplicating work. STUDY YOUR WAY • Flashcards, multiple-choice questions, and a matching game • Timed Type Sprint drills and a Memory Ladder for spaced repetition • Full-length practice tests with performance breakdowns by topic • Custom Topic Mix — pick any combination of categories, policies, or SOGs and study just that material in one session STAY ORGANIZED • Study packs and categories keep every policy and SOG in its place • Highlight and mark up PDF pages directly • Track streaks, badges, and weak areas so you always know what to review next SHARE STUDY PACKS Publish a pack to the shared library so others studying for the same exam can use it, and browse what they have published. Each pack shows the exam, agency, document and chapter it came from, so you know what you are picking up. Publishing is entirely your choice — nothing is shared until you choose to publish it, and you can unpublish at any time. Anything you would rather not see can be reported or its creator blocked. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • Your documents, cards and progress live on your device • Turn on iCloud sync to move your material between your own devices — directly through your own Apple ID, never through a company server • Only the packs you deliberately publish are visible to other people, and those carry the creator name you set • No ads, no analytics, no tracking STUDY WITH A PARTNER Connect with another LockIn user to send each other practice challenges and see how you both did. OPTIONAL AI ASSIST Add your own AI provider API key to get help drafting flashcards and questions from material you select. Entirely optional, off until you turn it on. Built by a firefighter, for firefighters preparing for their next promotional exam.
