Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Mizikpam at free against Chokarella +'s ad-supported. Mizikpam also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). Chokarella +'s advantage is ratings volume (26 vs 3) and update cadence (every 6 months vs every 13 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Mizikpam against 4.9 for Chokarella +. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chokarella + has 26 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Mizikpam ships an update every 13 months, Chokarella + every 6 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
