Entralpi measures how hard your fingers pull, live, and turns it into training at the right load. Stand on the Entralpi force plate under any hangboard. The app shows the load on your fingers as you hang, tells you when you are in the target zone, and keeps every hang. Measure • Three tests draw your profile: max strength, endurance and finger strength • Test each hand, on the hold you choose • See your progress test after test Train • Guided workouts for warm-up, strength, power endurance and endurance, set to your own max strength • A gauge that shows by colour if you are under, in or over the target • Tones and a voice count each hang and each rest, so you can keep your eyes off the phone • Build your own workouts, and share them with a link Follow a plan • A training plan day by day, with your streak • Missed a day? Catch it up or skip it. Tired? Ease or pause the plan • Let a coach follow your plan and your test results Keep track • Every session and every test in your history • With an account, your results follow you to a new phone No plate yet? You can still follow the workouts with the timer. The force is measured once you add the Entralpi plate. In English and in French. Kilograms, pounds or newtons. Entralpi is a training tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and before you train on an injury.
