Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Dpadel at every 2 days against Premier Padel's fortnightly. Premier Padel's advantage is ratings volume (493 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Dpadel holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Premier Padel has 493 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Premier Padel ships an update fortnightly, Dpadel every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
