When videos are not enough, learn from someone who can show you in person. Neighbor Knowledge connects people who want hands-on help with nearby neighbors who have useful skills to share. LEARN BY DOING Post a free help request describing exactly what you want to learn or where you are stuck. Find someone nearby who can demonstrate the process, answer questions, and help you build the confidence to do it yourself. You can ask for help with practical, creative, or everyday skills, including: • Cooking and baking • Sewing and crafts • Gardening • Music • Bike and car maintenance • DIY projects and basic repairs • Photography • Fitness and outdoor activities • Technology • And just about anything else someone can teach SHARE WHAT YOU KNOW Everyone has something valuable to teach. Create a free teacher listing, describe what you can help a beginner accomplish, and connect with people nearby who want to learn. You can teach for free, charge for your time, barter, or arrange a skill swap. HOW IT WORKS • Search for help and teaching listings by ZIP code • Post what you want to learn • Create a listing for something you can teach • Message people directly through the app • Choose when and where you feel comfortable meeting • Learn through real, hands-on experience Sometimes you do not need another tutorial or someone to take over the entire job. You just need someone who can stand beside you and show you what you are missing. Learn something useful. Share what you know. Build a more capable and connected neighborhood with Neighbor Knowledge.
