Wealthen — wealth isn't in what you own, it's in how you live. Wealthen is a personal quality-of-life app that unites your sleep, movement, nutrition, daylight, hydration and mental recovery into a single life score. WHAT IT DOES • Life Score: sleep, steps, calorie balance, daylight, water, sugar and blood oxygen (SpO₂) become one 0–100 score. • Nutrition: snap a photo of your meal or just say it — AI extracts calories and macros for your approval. • Personal Coach: ask anything to a coach that knows your data; get weekly reports and discoveries mined from your own patterns. • Apple Watch: add water from your wrist, start measured workouts (they close your rings), run guided breathing, see your score on the watch face. • Apple Health: steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, VO₂Max and workouts sync automatically — works with any watch or band that writes to Health. • Personal Experiments: change one habit for 2 weeks and see whether it truly moved your health metrics. • Family Care: with their permission, keep an eye on your loved ones' wellbeing. • Time: Managing your time well is part of a wealthy life, too. The Time tab reads your Calendar and Reminders and builds the day around your fixed events. Deep work is split into pomodoros, quick tasks are batched into one session; workouts, meetings, meals and travel stay whole. Meals, a wind-down before bed and time with the people you love are protected, and nothing is scheduled after bedtime. The focus timer counts down on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Change a task's date, time or place and it's written back to your calendar. • 10 languages and a card layout you can rearrange to your liking. PRIVACY Your data belongs to you; it is never sold or used for ads. Health data is processed only to give you personal insights. Wealthen is not a medical device; the information it provides is not medical advice.
