You have 10 minutes to unscramble a set of 8 unique letters and build as many words as possible. There is always 1 letter that is required to be in the word. Each word you find adds a bit more time to the clock. There are two game modes that you can choose from each day. Battle mode (2-16 players) You can play against your friends in this mode. The results will update live. When you're winning, your screen is green and when you're losing, it turns red. It gets very exciting. Solo mode Don't have anyone else to play with? That's okay. We have a solo mode too. If you make it to Genius alone, then you truly are one. Good luck. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Racketile is an async multiplayer word board game—crossword-style tile battles that fit your day. Challenge players, jump into Find Match, or practice against bots. Tables hold up to 4 players (Flag Run is 1v1). When you're both in the room, the board stays live. TEN WAYS TO DUEL • Normal — Classic turns, no clock. Play across minutes or days. • Plain — Like Normal—letter values only, no premium squares. • Golf — Same as Normal—lowest score wins. • Timed turns — Per-turn countdown; miss it and you auto-pass. • Blitz — Each player has their own clock; if yours runs out, you're eliminated. • Rush — Place faster for speed bonuses (+10 / +5)—no hard timeout. • Flag Run — Capture their flag or outscore them on Ends or Corners boards, with Rush-style speed bonuses. 1v1. • Scatter — Place words in several spots in one turn, then Submit once. • Fog — Premiums stay hidden under fog until a tile lands on them. • Stack — Stack new tiles on any occupied square; buried letters stay hidden; only the top counts. Blind secondary (Timed / Blitz / Rush / Flag, human vs human): the board and rack stay hidden until you tap Show board—then the clock runs. FEATURES • Challenge linked players or find a match • Practice bots from Rookie to Apex • Push notifications when it's your turn (quiet hours supported) • Sign in with email, Google, or Apple—or try Guest on this device • Crossword-tile board, clear turn flow, built for phones Free to play. No ads. Word duels, your pace.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Bloobi at 34 against Racketile's 2. Racketile's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Bloobi sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Racketile sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Racketile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bloobi has 34 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 97% of Bloobi's written reviews are positive against 100% of Racketile's.
Bloobi ships an update fortnightly, Racketile weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
