Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Nemrah Ahmad at 4.8 against ScrollStack's 1.0. Nemrah Ahmad also leads on ratings volume (49 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). ScrollStack's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Nemrah Ahmad holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nemrah Ahmad has 49 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
