Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Task2k at 4.0 against Mindrift's 2.7. Task2k also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.4). Mindrift's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
