We are open to the public, offer optional memberships, and run professional programs at schools and outdoor facilities all over Calgary. The lighter side of tennis Aforza is all about people. We welcome players of all ages to enjoy the fun, recreational side of tennis and padel, and we offer a variety of lessons, programs, and camps. Our pro shop provides stringing service, racquets, clothing and shoes, and there’s great food available in our fully licensed lounge. Whether you choose to play as a member or a visitor, tennis is a great way to get fit, make new friends and have fun. Passion for the sport shines through with the finest coaches in Alberta Aforza is proud to have the best coaching team in Alberta. We are led by co-owner Jeff Spiers, an accomplished tennis player, Alberta Tennis Hall of Fame inductee, and the only Level 4 coach in the province. Jeff is super passionate about tennis and padel, as are the dozen other Aforza coaches whose enthusiasm and expertise keep players of all levels coming back for more. We teach more than 7,000 juniors a year and proudly give back to the sport through scholarships and other initiatives. Where juniors come to compete Aforza is THE club in Calgary for competitive juniors, with excellent opportunities for tournament play. We’ve produced six national junior champions — more than any other club in Alberta — and we love tennis so much, we host more tournaments than every other club in Calgary combined! Serving an awesome community of tennis lovers Aforza is the second-oldest indoor tennis club in the city, and after all these years in business we’re proud of our amazing team and the communities we serve. We continue to give back to the sport and look for innovative ways to improve and modernize so that this great club we all love gets even better! We believe building community is important, which is why we’ve created a fun, family-oriented, welcoming environment led by the best coaches in Alberta and staffed by enthusiastic employees in our pro shop and lounge. The Aforza app allows Members and Non-Members to view class schedules, register and pay for programs, purchase a membership, and access other services.
