Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Mainchan at 5.0 against Interstellar's 4.8. Mainchan also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Interstellar's advantage is ratings volume (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
