Your dream physique is built on muscle failure, and you won't get it without us. You don't know what muscle failure is, or how it feels. Let us take you through it. Riven turns your Apple Watch into an automatic rep counter. It starts your sets, counts your reps, names the exercise and measures how close each set came to muscle failure. No buttons, no phone, no logging between sets. FULLY AUTOMATIC ◆ Starts sets: Riven sees when a set starts and when it ends. Nothing to start or stop. ◆ Counts reps: every rep is counted from your wrist as you do it. ◆ Names exercises: 60+ common lifts recognized on their own, including bench press, squat, curls, rows, pulldowns and lateral raises. ◆ Measures muscle failure: the moment you rack the weight, your set gets a score from 0 to 100 for how close you came to muscle failure. ◆ Scores every muscle: see which muscle groups reached muscle failure in each workout. ◆ Syncs with Apple Health: sets, reps, exercises and scores are saved on their own. WHAT IS MUSCLE FAILURE? It's the rep you can't finish. Muscle grows when you train close to it, but most lifters stop a few reps short and never know it. Riven tells you after every set, in colors you can read at a glance: Red: stopped short Orange: working Yellow: near muscle failure Green: muscle failure HOW IT MEASURES MUSCLE FAILURE Your Apple Watch reads your wrist's motion 100 times a second. As a muscle tires, your reps slow down. Riven measures that slowdown, called velocity loss, which is the best-studied sign of fatigue in strength training. Heart rate is saved to your log, but it isn't part of the score. NOTHING EXTRA No camera, no barbell clip, no chest strap. Works with barbells, dumbbells, cables and machines, using the watch you already wear. REQUIREMENTS Apple Watch Series 6 or later (watchOS 10+), paired with an iPhone on iOS 17 or later. Detection, counting and scoring run on the watch. The iPhone app handles setup, history and plans. PRIVACY Motion is processed on your devices. No ads. No third-party trackers. Full policy at riven.fit/privacy. PLANS ◆ Free: 1 workout per week, forever. ◆ Unlimited: no weekly limit, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app for your region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
