Creator's Mela vs TagMe Now

Creator’s Mela is a digital conference designed to sharpen and develop the skills of current and aspiring Nepali digital creators and influencers, and to launch and grow their online presence or businesses. Last year, we had over 1,500 content creators join the first-of-its-kind in-person event to network, experience the music festival-inspired main stage and immersive creator zone, and to level-up their skills through the 17 interactive sessions on topics like brand-building, financial literacy, and content development!

TagMe is an application to support digital advocacy. For this year, we have identified waste management as the pressing environmental and climate concerns. Via TagMe app youth will collect data of waste issues of their communities as evidence to communicate it to policymakers and voice for policy change. Through TagMe, you will not only collect data as evidence and partake in cleanup campaign but also unlock exciting badges and certificates. Every data you collected will earn you digital coins that will unlock the opportunities to earn priceless gifts and incentives. The more you repeat, invite your friends to collect data, the more gifts, you unlock. Project Overview: Youth Innovation Lab in the consortium of Restless Development, CREASION, and CDMS is implementing Nepali Yuwa in Climate Action and Green Growth (NYCAGG) project in Madhesh, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces from 2022 to 2025 through the funding from the European Union. The project aims to promote Nepali youth inclusion in climate action and green economy in the post-COVID recovery of Nepal through their engagement in disaster and climate governance, entrepreneurship, and advocacy. TagMe app has been developed as an application to support Data-driven Advocacy.
