Create sessions with date, time, location, format, skill level, and player limits. Players RSVP with one tap. Yes or no, no maybes. You always know your headcount. When a session fills, the waitlist takes over. Someone drops out, the next player gets notified and has a window to claim the spot. No more chasing replacements. Announcements are separate from chat.
