About

Grappling Athlete

Features

BJJ doesn't work if you are just too weak or injured. Grappling Athlete is strength and conditioning for grapplers who want to be harder to move, harder to hold and harder to break. Your coach writes the programme. This app is where you train it, and where your mat training counts too. No fluff. No guesswork. No random Instagram workouts. The same methods the best grapplers are already using. YOU KNOW WHAT TODAY LOOKS LIKE Every week your calendar holds two strength sessions and an optional conditioning and mobility session, planned around your mat training. Open a session and see all of it: blocks, exercises, sets, target loads and rest. Every exercise carries your coach's instructions and a demo video, so you are never standing in the gym wondering whether you are doing it right. YOU LOG AS YOU GO, NOT FROM MEMORY The logger walks you through one set at a time. Your last result and your last note sit in front of you, the app suggests the next weight, and one tap starts the rest timer. When a machine is taken or something hurts, you swap the exercise for an alternative your coach approved. Forgot a set? Open the finished workout and fix it. Leave mid-session and the app picks up on the exercise where you stopped. YOUR MAT TRAINING COUNTS TOO Log gi and no-gi BJJ, wrestling, judo, MMA, striking, open mats and competitions in seconds, or split a session into warm-up, positional sparring and rounds, each with its own effort. Dictate your notes instead of typing. YOU SEE YOURSELF MOVING Charts show your estimated one-rep max over time, and personal records are spotted the moment you type them. Training load adds gym and mat together and measures each week against your usual, so you see a heavy week coming. A weekly or monthly report sums up your sessions and new records, ready to share. Achievement belts add up the sessions you train and the weight you lift, and the anonymous team leaderboard shows where you stand, ranked by strength relative to bodyweight. No names, opt out whenever you want. MAP YOUR GAME Systems turns your game plan into a map of positions, your opponent's reactions and your answers. Attach your training notes and AI suggests changes to the map; nothing changes until you accept them. Share a system with a teammate in one link. LEARN THE WHY Knowledge holds your coach's articles on strength, conditioning, nutrition, recovery and technique, plus a guide to every part of the app. YOUR COACH IS RIGHT THERE Send a video of your set and get feedback on your form and your programming. Message your coach straight from the app, photos and video included. There is a team conversation for group training and a notification when your coach replies, which you can switch off. WHO IT IS FOR Grapplers who are tired of being overpowered by smaller training partners. Competitors looking for an edge. Anyone who wants to still be rolling in ten years, without the injuries that come from training hard and preparing badly. GETTING AN ACCOUNT Accounts are created by your coach or on app.grapplingathlete.cz. There is no sign-up in the app. If your coach has invited you, sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. Questions: info@grapplingathlete.cz
