About

Glimmo Party

Roll the die, collect Stars, win minigames! Glimmo Party is a party board game for up to four, with 20 minigames and online play with friends. Everyone plays on their own iPhone. THE NIGHT Roll and move around the Harbor Market by night. Spaces give you sparks or take some away. At forks you pick your path. Pass the Star with enough sparks and you can take it; then it moves on. Whoever has the most Stars at the end wins. At the Shop you get items for your backpack that help you along the way. MINIGAMES A minigame after every act. Swat the moths and leave the fireflies alone. Cast a line and tap when the float dips. Slice the moon, stack jars into a lighthouse, jump rope, sink light balls in billiards and hop from lantern to lantern. Sometimes free-for-all, sometimes 2 vs 2, sometimes 1 vs 3. DUELS Land on a Duel space and challenge someone. Who taps first when it flashes? Too early and you lose. FINAL STRETCH In the last five turns the Harbor Crab calls the final stretch. Whoever is last gets a gift, and a Duel from behind can now be for a Star. THE GANG Tropf, Murmel, Flamme and Splitter. The Harbor Crab hosts the night and tells you what just happened. ONLINE Invite your Game Center friends to the table. From your second night on you can also tap “Find a game” and play with others; the search takes up to a minute. Empty seats go to stand-ins, so two or three of you can start right away. Chat with stickers and fixed phrases, shown on each phone in English or German. Miss two moves in a row and a stand-in plays for you until you tap again. SOLO Play a whole night against three stand-ins, or practice the minigames you've discovered. Your first night is a short one, and the Harbor Crab shows you the Star. After that a night takes about 10, 15 or 20 minutes, whichever you set. At the end there’s an awards ceremony with a picture to share, and your History keeps track of your nights. No ads. No in-app purchases. No tracking. The only account you need is Game Center, and only to play online.
