Esta aplicación permite evaluar de una manera sencilla la postura adoptada en puestos de trabajo de oficina que utilicen pantallas de ordenador. El método ROSA fue desarrollado en Canadá por Michael Sonne, Dino L. Villalta y David M. Andrews. Contiene recomendaciones y criterios sobre la postura adoptada por el trabajador al utilizar e interaccionar con algunos de los elementos más habituales en un puesto de trabajo de oficina. La metodología ROSA es análoga a otros métodos de evaluación postural, como por ejemplo los métodos RULA (del inglés «Rapid Upper Limb Assessment») y REBA (del inglés «Rapid Entire Body Assesment»). Se basa en la observación de una postura determinada que, a través de un conjunto de tablas y de puntuaciones parciales, permite obtener una puntuación final entre 1 y 10 que está correlacionada con el malestar de la persona trabajadora.
