Verdict
Jammable and StemFM both sit at 4.1 stars, but that hides the real split: 74% of StemFM's written reviews are positive against 31% of Jammable's. Jammable's advantage is ratings volume (4K vs 31). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jammable sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and StemFM sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.1 for Jammable against 4.0 for StemFM. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jammable has 4K ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 31% of Jammable's written reviews are positive against 74% of StemFM's.
Jammable ships an update every 9 days, StemFM every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
