Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: TV Pro Classic at 96% against TV Set's 0%. TV Pro Classic also leads on rating (4.7 vs 3.7) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). TV Set's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
