Peak Plate is a calm, no-fuss calorie companion built for athletes. Point your camera at a plate and the AI plate scanner names what is on it, estimates each portion, and gives you a calorie range with a confidence level. One tap logs it to your diary. WHAT YOU GET • AI plate scanner: photograph a meal or pick one from your photo library and get an itemized estimate in seconds. Results show a low-to-high calorie range, so you always know how sure the estimate is. • A personal calorie target: enter your age, height, weight, activity level and goal, such as building muscle or improving performance, and Peak Plate works out a daily target and range using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, with the sources one tap away. • Curated meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas with calories, a recipe and a grocery list. Mark one as eaten and it goes straight into your day. • Search: find meals and ingredients, or add a meal by hand. • Your day and your week: meals eaten today, your total against your target, a suggested meal split, and a weekly goal with a 7-day history. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no email, no sign-up. The app works the moment you open it. • Your meals, goals and stats stay on your device. • Plate photos are analyzed and then discarded. They are never stored on our servers, and only a small preview stays on your device with the diary entry. • No ads, no tracking, no analytics. PEAK PLATE PRO Every install includes 5 free plate scans. Peak Plate Pro gives you 15 scans a day, on a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. Calorie estimates from a photo are approximate and are not medical advice. Check the "View sources" screen in the app for the figures behind the calculations. Peak Plate's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
