Cookflo answers the 5pm question before it's asked. Tell it how your household eats — tastes, allergies, diets, how many nights you cook — and it plans your week of dinners and writes the grocery list to match. PLAN • A week of dinners in one tap, planned around your cook nights and time • Swap any night, or place a dish yourself — Cookflo plans around it • Leftovers nights, planned on purpose • Tonight's dinner on your home screen with the Cookflo widget SHOP • One grocery list for the week, consolidated and sorted by aisle • Check things off at the store; send to Apple Reminders or share as text • Amounts scale to your household — or to one recipe's serving override COOK • A library of hundreds of tested recipes with photos and per-serving nutrition • Step-by-step cook mode that keeps the screen awake and your place saved • Rate what you cooked; Cookflo learns what your table loves IMPORT ANY RECIPE • Screenshot, photo, pasted text, or a link — Cookflo reads it, rebuilds it, and files it in your cookbook • Flags ingredients that clash with your declared allergies, and estimates nutrition when the source doesn't state it TOGETHER • Share the plan and the list with your household — one list, both phones, checked-off items sync with their name on them Your allergy and diet choices filter the whole library — hard filters, not suggestions. Recipes you import are screened against your allergies as you reviewed them and clearly marked. Cookflo membership unlocks the planner, grocery list, and recipe import ($3.99/month or $29.99/year, 14-day free trial, no sign-up). Browsing and cooking the recipe library is free forever.
